  1. Enforcement of the 1983 Financial Regulation.

     

  2. Preparing the Government Annual Account before 31st July to be forwarded to the General Auditor.

     

  3. Monitoring and adjusting Government spending and revenues.

     

  4. Processing the payment of services and supplies of different government departments based on the 1983 Financial Regulation and other relevant rules.

     

  5. Processing applications of government loans and other entitlement benefits for Government employees.
